These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and zk688 (hereinafter "zk688", "we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the zk688 website located at https://zk688.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and account functionalities made available through the Platform.

• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of zk688 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers.
• Jurisdictional Eligibility: You must confirm that online gaming is not expressly prohibited under the laws applicable to you in your specific location at the time of use.

zk688 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

To access the full range of zk688 services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information as requested during the registration process. This includes, without limitation, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the zk688 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where zk688 identifies multiple accounts linked to the same person by identity documents, device, payment method, IP address, or any other indicator, all associated accounts will be suspended, all bonuses will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zk688 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. zk688 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. zk688 operates a KYC verification programme as required under its international gaming license obligations. You may be required to submit identity documents (e.g., CNIC, passport) and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any time zk688 deems verification necessary. zk688 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending successful KYC completion.

zk688 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. zk688 does not accept cryptocurrency payments or third-party payment processors not listed in the approved channels.

Deposits are credited to your zk688 account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. zk688 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which zk688 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the deposit source. zk688 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval; actual settlement times depend on the payment provider. zk688 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above defined thresholds, which may extend processing time.

Deposits from payment accounts not in the name of the registered zk688 account holder are strictly prohibited. Any funds received from a third-party payment source will be returned to the originating account and the associated zk688 account may be suspended pending investigation.

All bets and wagers placed on zk688 — including sports bets, casino games, Super Keno draws, and slot game rounds — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, which are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. zk688 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game round or bet settlement, zk688 will use its game logs to determine the correct outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the wager will be voided and the stake returned.
• Odds and markets displayed on zk688 are provided in good faith. In the event of a manifest pricing error, zk688 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Winnings derived from clearly erroneous odds will not be honoured.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international T20Is, ODIs, and Test matches — are governed by the specific cricket betting rules published in the sports section of the Platform, including rules on abandoned matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications, and match deferral.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each market or game are displayed at the point of wagering. zk688 reserves the right to adjust limits for individual accounts at its discretion.

zk688 offers bonuses, deposit matches, cashback rewards, free bets, and other promotional credits to eligible members from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, validity windows, and game contribution rates. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by zk688:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible promotion unless the terms of a specific offer expressly state otherwise.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new members only. Existing members who create secondary accounts to claim new-member bonuses will have all accounts terminated and all funds forfeited.

• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law, and providing false location data to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the zk688 Platform, including its APIs, games, or odds engine.

All content on the zk688 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data structures, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of zk688 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the zk688 Platform without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zk688 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zk688 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. zk688's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

zk688 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

zk688 uses 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your financial data and personal information are stored securely and are not sold to third parties.
